Shipping policy
Bratto Ceramics ships out within 5 business days. Shipping ceramics is a fragile process. I ensure all packages are carefully packed to the best of my ability using almost entirely recycled materials.
Once your package has shipped, it is in the hands of the couriers. If your item is lost/delayed/stolen, please reach out to your local post office directly with any concerns.
Please double check your shipping address upon checkout!
If you receive your item(s) broken, pictures of the package and/or damage of the package and the broken mug must be e-mailed within 24 hours of delivery and you will receive a replacement. A refund will not be issued without photo documentation.
